yes you can. but its kind of hard so you need to play around with it.
If you have an Rgh or jtag You will need to monitor your temperatures.
To mount that heatsink you'll need X clamps, some screws, nuts,
and or the 2 silver mounts from the cpu heatsink.
LINKif you can get The xclamps to fit through the center of that heatsink, you can mount it with the screws and bolts
If the X clamps don't fit then you'll have to use the two silver mounts from the CPU heat sink and then use the scres and bolts.
ps.I have gotten Way better temperatures using two second GEN CPU heatsinks then the PC heatsinks.
