I was using xbox backup creator with XP pro & had no problems. Now I have windows 7 64 bit, backup creator won't work. I get messages like 'the process cannot acces the file because it is being used by another process' or 'reached the end of the file' when I try to load the image. I looked on forums & tried putting the file 'MSCOMCTL.OCX' in my system folder & syswow64 folder, but nothing fixed the problem. Can anyone help please?

Run it as an administrator.

Right click on the icon for xbox backup creator and select run as Administrator.

Sometimes even though you are logged in as an administrator you still have to run programs that way.
