Project Gotham Racing-PROJECT-X

Burned it on a poineer DVD-R disk with my Poineer A04 drive.
I have burned a number of games on this brand DVD-r and they all work.
Ok .. here comes the strange part:
The game works fine for a few times, but after playing it a couple of times, it wont start anymore.
I still get the startup screen, and no error msg from the xbox that the disk isnt good. It just freezes after the intro movie.

I got a Extender modded Xbox.
Anyone got the same problem?
Do i need to update my extender bios?
