there is a program called xprextract2 (that you can easily find on google) that will extract dds files from xbx files. next you can either edit the dds file through adobe photoshop (with the dds plugin from NVIDIA website - do a google search for this) or through some other dds crappy editors.

No prob, but if you are mainly concerned about changing your dash blue, just download the patch and already colorized xbx files.

ok now it can open the xbx2dds but it needs bundler for dds2xbx and i need to convert my dds to xbx
