i can play some PAL DVD backups, and some i cant. But i definitely can't play any other region backups. I've never tried playing other region originals.

I've tried to use DVD-X2 and the other software from this site, but nothing seems to work when it comes to other region DVD's!

How can i play all region DVD's?
