Ok... I got no flux... so i got 1 dead mobo... which im about to remove the ram... shud i bake the legs in flux? or no? since i got no flux... anyways... and the install methods... I got 1 method that thyey say do 1 leg at a time... and the pther is bake solder all over the chips and remove.... whick should i use??

RAM chip removal: heat all pins at the same time and remove.

RAM chip installation: one pin at a time.

I'd suggest you wait until you have some ChipQuik before you remove the RAM. And get some flux for your install.

How would i heat em all at once? I did the solderin braid... there's no solder... but i cant seem to lift the bith... hmmmm

give em a blast with a heat gun
5 secs on the back side of the chip and theyll just drop off
