Is there any reason there would be a shortage right now on xboxs?

I checked bestbuy and then went to their online store availability thing and 6 stores around me and none of them have a single xbox.

I checked walmart by my house and they had none.

I checked circuit city and compusa as well and they all had none.

Is there something I don't know? Price drop maybe? New game inclusion for christmas? Something else maybe.

According to the news page, there will be a new game inclusion package after Halloween.

Yeah just called around to see what is going on. I checked all circuit citys around me and all ebgames as well and they all had none either. A guy at ebgames told me the new package wasn't supposed to ship until 10/26 so all stores are low or out of stock until then. Seems out of stock is more like it.

I could care less about topspin and espn. LOL. Knowing my luck when I get my box it will be a 1.7 or something
