Can the return arrow for moving back to the parent folder be replaced by the folder.jpg of the current folder? So that the top Icon on the page is always the root folders image?

Can a second image be layed on top of that image to create a small link like arrow in the corner of it? This would only be layed on top when the image is being used in the place of the return to parent folder link, not actually embeded in the folder.jpg image itself.
