hi guys

wondering if any1 can shed some light on this matter for me
on my old pioneer the games burn fine and work fine in teh 360
i decided to goto ihas as my boy wants to play online

so i followed the tut and did exactly what it said to the T
in regards to updating and flashing the drive
i ran the update first - currently up to date so i didnt flash anything and didnt reboot.
backed up my files and flashed the ihas firmware for my dirve. (didnt reboot either)
(will not rebooting make a diff to the burns ive just done ? and cause them all to fail like they have ?)

ok so i setup imgburn to how it said
run my MW3 thru abgx and level 3 repair
it fixed the topology and verified at end

so i chose its .dvd file in imgburn and away it went @ 4x OPC on <think it was OPC

ok and so verified after a burn.

stuck in drive and disc is unplayable
ive tried about 5 games now all are doing same
tried at diff speeds 4x & 2.4x with OPC off
tried on cloneCD and same again

can any 1 help me here my little boy is ready to set about me now lol

What discs r u using
have u flashed console to LT+3.0 and on latest dash

hi sorry using Verbatim 003's @ 4x

also 360 is on latest dash
and i flashed ti with LT3

old colin mcrae dirt copy boots fine in the drive.
orig games boot fine
just no XGD3 games grrr

on a side note i had a MW3 burnt from my pioneer with fixed topolgy data.
this has worked fine in LT3 drives in the past but wont run in this console !!!
bad flash on this drive may b ???

you think my drive has not flashed right ? the 360 one ?

presuming you have a liteon wouldnt hurt to reflash and hit the outro a couple of times when finished

ok so reflashed everythign
i burnt a game off at 2x

still same will not boot
older games boot fine as do orig games.

not sure whats going on here.

I've got a feeling your not burning proper backups and that you have patched the topology on a truncated backup causing some kind of issue? Maybe not that exactly, but are you using a proper clean ISO can you confirm you have run the XGD3 ISO through abxg360 1.06 with a 100% clean result?
