Whenever I try to load up the ConfigMagic the screen goes black and the front led flashes orange or yellow depending on how you look at it,... What does that mean and what do I do to fix it?

Whenever I try to load up the ConfigMagic the screen goes black and the front led flashes orange or yellow depending on how you look at it,... What does that mean and what do I do to fix it?

when i run it the led flashes yellow the screen turns black for a sec or two then it starts it'openig scene the turns black again ,i just push the green button on the controller to by pass it. i just used it to lock my drive works great.
It's supposed to do that. It's just a warning light.
