Should be awesome when it finally supports the lightgun - can't wait to try some SNES shoot 'em ups... Remember that 6-in-1 packin that you got when you bought a Super Scope? That lightgun version of Tetris was nifty IMO... hehe...

Only if there's an open-source Guncon (or some sort of similar peripheral) plugin available that works with PCSX.

i have the same problem with the not shooting thing .. i can calibrate, i can also play Lethal Enforcers in enforcer 2 mode .. every other game doesn't do anything , i have the green madcatz HOTD3 gun which i read that lantus use's the same and it works .. i have the gun plugged into the 2nd controller port.

I'm using these games in progressive, and I have the same problems:
1. FCEU - I can see crosshairs, but the trigger doesn't register in any lightgun game.
2. HOTD - HOTD3 works, but HOTD2 doesn't. HOTD3 specifically says progressive on the calibration screen.
3. XSNES - I haven't tried this since lightgun support was added.
I'm using the X2vga and the HD madcatz blaster (which Madcatz replaced for me free of charge).
If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate hearing about it, too.
