They usually only go for 5-10, but if you want to offer more that's up to you.

if you can get a brand new, unused, unbanned eeprom for $15, then it is a good price. The price should be lower since 1/3 of people who own xbox play LIve not everyone who own xbox has LIVE subscription. Do you know two identical eeprom flashed systems can't log into the same game? Look for unused, unbanned new one.

NO...eeprom isn't in the Hdd. It's on mobo of the system. Unless you backup the eeprom into original Hdd before installing new large Hdd and kept the original hdd other wise don't expect that you can get eeprom from Hdd alone. To do that you have to use configmagic then backup eeprom then transfer eeprom.bin to your PC. Its only 256K so you can attach and e-mail. Why people still thinking new Hdd can give new eeprom or eeprom is in the hdd?

config magic and evox both make copies of the eeprom, configmagic does it without even asking... so the odds are pretty good, if he unlocked those drives before pulling them, he's got their prom ( kind of a snorky thing to do to a "friend", but very possible)

yea but they still have their eeprom becuz its on the mobo so if thet person decides to get live the guy who bought an eeprom wil get screwed as well as the other guy.
