Hey guys. Ok so right now I have an LED fan and a cathrode ring from a cathrode fan (not the fan its self) piggy backed on with my Hard drive. I was wanting to add maybe 1 or 2 more mini cathrodes to it, or some El wire. I once heard that you should only put a couple things with it, because you can take power from the hard drive. Is this true? I don't see how it could be true in a PC, because most modded PCs have tons of lights and fans, and I assume all of them are power off of those 4 pin wires? And theres not much differance between a PC and an X-box..so I'd think you'd be able to do as much as you want. I Thought i'd make sure though, before i order all my stuff and find out I cant have it all in there at once.
Also, this is completely off topic but if i were to get 3 feet of El wire, would it be possible to cut it shorter? I've never seen any El wire in person, only in picture..so I have no idea how it works. Sorry if thats a stupid question. Thanks for your time guys!! Appretiate it.
Laters,

Well, the thing is....An xbox has a MUCH smaller output power supply then your typical modded PC's......A normal modded PC usually has a 360-400w power supply, while the xbox is MUCH smaller, because it wasn't designed to have things added onto it, as a true PC is...
