I just made a sencil and painted it on the box. Then used a drumel and coping saw blades to cut it out. The first took about 2 hrs to do, The last about 20 min.

There's EL Tape, EL Wire, LED's etc you have a bunch of choices, most go with LED's inside the box shining down (a barrel of a .45) <- good song, or the EL Wire laced around the outside

First xbox mod- in progress. I have also installed 8 amber LEDs around the jewel and have a new cleared jewel on the way. Decided to paint this one orange after it cracked while I was clearing it to see what it looked like. Also painted the bottom of the window orange. I have to surround the "T" window with LEDs and see if there is enough light shining through both the jewel and the T to keep them orange. If not, I'll use clear plexi on the window and keep the new jewel clear (maybe paint the XBOX lettering orange).

Giving props to my alma mater. Go Vols!

Well bmoney, one of those 3 xboxes underneath are going to my brother in Cumming, GA and he is making a UGA box out of it too. We lived in Athens for 4 years (a long time ago) and went to most of the games.

Ya im working on one. But kinda stuck on the ideas. Black Red and White kinda hard to come up with a good paint job and its hard getting the G right over the dvd drive.

That is a very nice box man, props goes to you. Also All those other xbox you have, umm if you mod them and need to get rid of a jewel thats stock and uncleared ill take it from ya. lol

dougMod, you really do some good mod work for a 14 year old (good for any age, really, but expecially being that young)! Looked at your B/S/T thread and I'm impressed. Good prices, too. You should do a college football mod case and add it to this thread since you are such a fan.

lol, I'm 39 so I really should be doing something else with my free time. Too much Atari/Intellivision/Commodore 64/Amiga/Sega Genesis/3DO/N64/PS2/Dreamcast/Xbox in my blood, though. Gaming is a habit I will probably keep until I can't figure out how to use the controller
