No. No cutting after painting.

I bought I jewel from another company. I thought that it would be like the jewel that I ended up getting from Craxtion (with actual cuts in the Jewel). But instead it was painted piano black (i wanted black) and the paint etched off to from the picture. The etching was good, but it was not what I wanted (my stupid mistake).

I put the bad jewel on and used hotglue figuring that I would keep it, then about 2 days later I said screw it pulled it off and ordered my jewel from Craxtion. Cost my $35 USD for this mistake, put live and learn.

I am going to clean up the rough areas.

ok, that solves that. it will look perfect after u fix up that area

Actually not long at all. Changed the LED to blue, added a 1/4" Plexi mobo plate, wired in the USB ports to the controllerports, added a Apache for PWR and voila.

no he eather chenged the LED's on the PCB board or he bought a premod one from a site

xmaster99 and basso4735 you need to get some paint on those xbox's. then they will look 100%.

Well, I see that you have a halo LE, so you can put LEDs in the controller like the ones you have seen with like 5 or more LEDs in them. That kind of stuff

I used decals from a Huey model helocopter but never put it together. Notice the 'RESCUE" arrow pointing to the DVD drive. The thing to the left of the 'RESCUE' sticker is my LAN LED. THC3 Red.

I took the jewel off then got my heavy duty sissors and smashed it up. Then, sanded the paint off to smooth out where the paint chipped (made it look more rustic). After that I hot-gluded back on.

All the other paint Is some model paint and I did it all my self. The flames are OK, but for freehand stuff its pretty good. The silver dots (one is left of the word issue) are where i dipped the bottom of a bullet caseing in paint so it would 'imprent' the letters. Didn't work all that well. Spray and Pray is the name of the Halo 2 clan my friend and I started.
