Are there pics for this tweak of sorts ?

I've taken mine apart and reached the backside of the lens assembly, but I'm not sure which part is considered the "pot" and which screw needs to be turned.

Also a more detailed explaination about checking the ohms would be nice too if anyone that's done this could snap a few quick pics.

Can anyone here help with this ? I'm sure there are a lot of anxious people out there that would love this information.

I've tried the tweakpot trick and the DVD rom in my Xbox is different than the one in the pic.

Instead of 2 screws clamping the waferboard down and the pot on the top right covered in red resin to remove, mine has a screw on the top left and a black corner plastic to piece to hold it down in the bottom right with 2 small adjustable screws to the left of where the ribbon connects.

Any idea which screw needs to be adjusted or if those are even in need of adustment ?
