Many differnt media formats do this. By the end of some, the audio delay is up to 5 minutes off.
I did search the forums, but didnt find any info.

press up or down on the left stick of the controller, you can then adjust the offset accordingly

And to get it to synch proper, you need to pause the movie and then unpause it for it to take effect. It's best to adjudicate by how much it is off by matching words to lip movements, and then adjusting the A/V delay by a certain amount (sometimes 500 ms up or down), and pausing the movie and the unpausing it and seeing whether it had any effect. Unfortunately some movie files have to be run through VirtualDub on the PC to fix the problem.
