Hi!
What should I pick, a moddchipp or tsop flash? And why should I pick that?

Modchip I'd say, it can be turned off and requires only minor sodering. It makes for a easy XBox Live useage and <chip depending> easy reflashing.

i would say it depends on how much money you have and what version xbox you have, TSOP is much cheaper and easier than a soldered modchip, but it can only be switched off for Live on a v1.0 or 1.1 xbox
a TSOP can be reflashed as easily as any chip, and with a 1.0 or 1.1 with a split TSOP can be disbaled for Live just as reliably
