Everytime I stream a movie with relax it stutters. it works fine for the first couple of seconds and then it begins. If I pause the movie it works fine for a couple of seconds and it starts doing it again.

This happens with all the media files even small movies files. I don't have that problem with my mp3's. I have read all the threads and it seems that no one really has a solution I have tried changing the settings on my nic for halp to full duplex. I was initially using xbmp 2.3 and updated to 2.4 and I still have the same proplem.

Thanks all the help will be appreciated.

Ok I fixed the problem.

At first I had my NIC card set to 10mbs full duplex, so I changed the settings to 100mbps full duplex and it still gave me that problem. I reseted the xbox and went to the dash settings and the xbox only read 100mbps half duplex when my pc card was set to full duplex.
I checked again and it was set at "full" while the xbox only read as "half". Then I remember reading a post where someone said he switched his xbox to 100mbps half duplex on his nic so I tried the same . I went back to my pc and changed the settings on 100 mbps half duplex, reseted my dash and it now read as 100mb FULL duplex!
So I went to play a movie and it loaded in seconds (compared to 1-5 minutes) and it didn't even skip. So far I have had no problems.

I hope this actually helps some people out there having problems.
