i was wondering if u hackers are gunna hack gta vice city into different maps and cool stuff like that

hmm....what do you mean by "different maps"?

To the best of my knowledge nobody has actually made any completely new maps for GTA3 for PC yet. But then again I am out of the loop as far as that goes.

As far as new cars... You can pretty much bet people will try and get some of them in. Moving cars from Vice City to Liberty City (and vice versa) should not be difficult at all.

New cars, new skins, maybe some new guns, not sure what else has been done on PC. The speed at which things get hacked depends on how different it is from the PC versions.

From what I understand the PS2 versions are hackable... but since you'd have to burn a new disc with every change very few have bothered.
