I've installed XBMP and switched the display setting in the config.xml to '7' 16:9 HDTV. After copying back the new file and restarted my Xbox the phoenix symbol appears followed by a blank screen. Nothing else happens. The display setting in the original Xbox dashboard was set to 4:3. I'm still able to see my IP address through the router with the XBox turned on, however I am not able to connect using my FTP client.
Also, I've heard of something called the 'Enigmah videomode switchdisk'. Would this be helpful, if so where could I find a copy?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanx.

ok try this, it will erase any settings u made in xbmp, but it may make it load.
ftp to the xbox go to E:|TDATA|0face007| and delete the system.bin file, reboot and then try to load xbmp
it worked for me when i had a similar prob this is what i was told to do
do at own risk tho it might work

If you are not using the standard video cable that came with your XBox, try switching to it. If you needed Enigmah, you wouldnt see anything. I had that particular problem. If that doesnt work, search the forums for Enigmah and try that. But like I said, try switching to your original cable or buy one if you dont have one.
