hey im planning on buying one, is this a good one?
http://www.xoxide.com/4grcocakitdr.html is it a good size? and it easy to install right under the jewel? and does anyone have a good guide to set it up

No, thats not a good one, thoes don't bend its a glass lightbulb, you would need to get one off an 80mm fan, onces that are already circular.

yep, really simple, buy an 80mm fan with whichever color cathode you want, remove the cathode, install the cathode, i used hot glue, and put the fan wherever you please.

If you washroom stinks long after a huge dump, drill a hole next to the door knob and install your fan there

a fan kit is a good way to go,, but instead of trying to take it apaprt and what not, i found a fan mod called an angelmod, it's pretty much just the light but there's 2 neons, and there bright as hell, it light up the whole room with a blue light, really good for adding additional windows in the case, and again it just uses a molex connector to pluyg into your hard drive... no soldering needed

in reply about the angelmod, thats what i use, it doesnt actually come with a fan and does infact have 2 seperate tubes.

It is extremely bright. works as a lamp smile.gif

see my sig for brightness smile.gif

How would I give power to the cathode 4" bulbs... I put them in pen caps so they now fit in the front, I just don't know of to power then? I have an Xbox 1.6 so there's on extra power next too the fan

Wow. Blue cold cathode fans for 4 bucks is a great deal. Cathodes plug into an inverter which then it connected to the power source by molex.
