hey all just wondering if anybody knows if there is a good porting for quake 3 arena on the xbox.

if there is what is it called? did some searches and came up with nada but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

Source code isn't freely available, so there's no port.

could it be run via linux on the box?

It'd depend on a couple of things.

I'm not sure on Q3's compatibility under WINE, and I'm not quite familiar with the system specs required to play it on a standard Windows machine, but I would guess that if it did work, it'd work choppily at best.
