Is it possible to do without opening up the XBOX?

The guy who modded my box with a homebrew chip (and EvolutionX dash), changed the colour of the XBOX logo from green to red.

Can I change it to a different colour (like blue?) or replace the logo all together?

You use XBTool (available on the main page under software or tools and then bios) to alter a bios (get it from xbins). Then reflash your chip using evox (tutorials on that too).

There are plenty of different colour bios' available. Search in the usual places and re-flash your chip with your preferred colour.

if you really wanna get into it, try a program called xbtool-color BIOS preset maker! i had alot of fun playing around with that for a while, and its very simple to use.
