I just recently installed xbmp on my xbox and it seems to be running ok, except for two weird things. One is that sometimes the aspect ratio of the movie being played is off. If it's widescreen it's stretched across the screen, and if it's fullscreen it's squished in on the sides. Also, when the program starts my power led starts cycling through all the colors. the only way to get it to stop is to turn off the system and turn it back on.
