Today I decided to set up my own Radio Station on XBMP. After about 2 hours of struggling (realizing I had to configure my Linksys Router for it to work) I got it up and running.
I'm running the server on the same computer I use as a dedicated RelaX server and to chat in Trillian, keeping my powerhouse computer free for gaming, overclocking, etc.

I've been using Shoutcast though XBMP for months now, no problem. I added my own Shoutcast stream to the Shoutcast dir and tried to run it from XBMP. XBMP stalled. So I thought it had something to do with my own stream. So I tried to access my shoutcast stream from another PC...it worked.

So I tried to run some of the other Shoutcast streams I had in XBMP that have always worked (Radiostrom for example) Same thing....dead....stalled up XBMP.

So then I tried to stream my TV shows, movies, and MP3's though RelaX. All still worked. IMDB, worked. RSS news feeds in Ava were also still working.

So what happend!? How do I fix this lil issue?

(I decided to set up the Radio Stream in order to access My Shared Folder, sorta, though my Xbox when I've takin the Xbox away from home. (To show off biggrin.gif )

*bump*

I know it's long...let me sum up....tryin to access local (hosted on Xbox RelaX server) radio stream using Shoutcast Server/Winamp 2 DSP Server Plug-in.
Can't link to new, local station and none of my othe Shoutcast files work now. Streaming Video, MP3s (RelaX) still works, FTP still works, RSS news feeds still work.
Local stream does work on remote computers
