the only tutorial i can find is one on how to setup a new hd if you use the software hack.. i want to use a mod chip, and add a new hard drive, (120 gig+), but i cant find a tutorial on it.. maybe i over looked it? could someone link me if i did?

If you want to use a HD bigger than 120 GIGs, edit the BIOS you want to use on your modchip with XBTool to include the setting for the bigger HD.

On a new HDD install which is way is better, Big F or F up to 137 GB + the rest on G?
Are there any significant Pros and Cons?
