I installed an x2.2 lite in a 1.1 xbox and the evox dash still loads if i switch the chip off. What is wrong?

What is yous MS dash named? it SHOULD be xboxdash.xbe and evox should be evoxdash.xbe
EDIT: You have a 8 page thread elsewhere on this SAME TOPIC. do you REALLY need two?

If Evox still loads then the chip is still active (the M$ bios would never load Evox, it is unsigned). Faulty cable or switch perhaps?
