I have my chip on fine, but cannot get any burned media (EvolutionX) to be recognized. I know the media is legit because I tested it by burning music and playing on the console just fine [Memorex CD-RW]. I picked up Bios Checker (darkmoon.org), and checked the Evox 2.5.bin that I flashed to my Matrix chip. Seems to be bogus. Anywho, I have found another Evox2.5 bin that reads fine with Bios Checker. It's about 1 MB in size. Do I need to split it, or does it not matter with the Matrix? I'm pretty sure I saw somewhere that you have to, but these damn message boards are getting so big, it becomes cumbersome searching them. Also, let's say I don't split it with WinHex, by flashing the chip with the LPC programmer that came with Matrix will it break it down to a 256k bin? Just wanna get this damn thing workin' fellas. And the last question: Does Bios Checker recognize Evox 2.5 after it has been broken down into a 256k bin?
