That bios should patch the media flags....

I was reading a similar post in one of the usual places, a suggestion was to disable the In Game Reset feature of Evox. Just passing it along. Haven't come across any problems myself.

I swear, if anyone is ever having any problem that they're not quite sure about, someone is bound to say its IGR. I'm not insulting anyone or making fun of anyone, and im sure that IGR is the culprit to many problems, but wow. Just an observation laugh.gif

Oh, with Crimson Skies, I'd say it's important to have Xecuter BIOS 4977 on your box. Didn't work for me with 4976_02, but 4977 was golden.

And before ANYONE asks, I don't know anything about BIOSes, etc... ph34r.gif check the Usual Places.

IGR stands for "In Game Reset". It allows you to reset (using an Xbox controller button configuration) from within a game. It is a software function in Evox that causes a lot of problems. Most newer BIOS versions have a built in IGR which is why you can turn it off in Evox and still have it work.
gadgetaddict
the irony, is that it WAS the IGR!!!!!!!!
