Not sure where to post this but,

I have FTped to my xbox many times in the past, the last time i FTPed was to delete the two files that Linux put on there because i didn't want linux and it was taking up to much space. I went to FTP today and it won't work, i know i am doing everyting correctly, my ? is, did i screw it up when i sdeleted the files (linux files) or did it change my sn and pass to my xbox, i am really confused

well you have to post more details. simply deleting two linux files shouldn't harm ftp. what dash do you use as your ftp server? what are the settings for that? do you use a crossover cable or hub/switch/router? what are ip settings of your computer etc.
