Can you solder a X-Ecuter 2.2 LITE[+] if it is not lining up correctly? I just got one but when you turn on the xbox it will turn on then off then back on then off then it will boot but the LED4 never comes on so this tells me that it is not lining up right, so can you solder it to the board if so I have soldered a X-Ecuter 2.2 LITE with the 10 wires but it looks like there are 11 solder points on the X-Ecuter 2.2 LITE[+] what is the one that is next to the D0 point for and do you need to solder that point on the X-Ecuter 2.2 LITE[+]?

yes, you can solder it, the 2nd pin by d0 is for other xbox versions, since d0 moved between version 1.1 and 1.2.

Is there any way that you can tell if you fried the chip also I'm sure we killed the Xbox motherboard, because when you power it on it turns back off and then powers back on then back off then back on then the led flashes from red to orange. I would think if you fry the board that you would also fry the chip what do you guys think?

Your modchip is fine..Why would you think just because the mobo broke your chip broke? Just install it, it will be fine.
