Hi together!

I have 120 GB Maxtor sitting in my box. it is completley full and i want to upgrade to a 250GB drive.
The problem is, i do not want to leech all the data via the slow FTP, i want to make some kind of cloning
in my PC or when possible in my BOX (perhaps this works when i hook up the drive at the CD-ROM
connector?)

I would prefer copying via PC. Anyone an idea how to get this done? I have the Evo X M7 +137GB BIOS.
How do i get then Drive G to work after the cloning? Is there a chance to get this done?

Thanks guys for your Help!

WEll, you have to open up both hard drive cases and transfer the discs...

JOKE..

Seriously, use Ghost.. Plug both Hd's on secondary IDE.. One as master and the other as slave.

this should be an easy one. the drive in my box is a 120gb maxtor. are there any partitions or how are the different drive letters working. when i ghost the drive over to a bigger one, is ther a chance to get the drive G to work?

btw, how is your external one working with the box? no transfer problems with bandwidth? just hooking up via usb or are ther more things to so? ph34r.gif
