Hey,
I just got an xecuter 2.2 lite, and I flashed it w/ 4976.02 bios. It completed the flashing process, but when I turn the xbox on, it turns off and on twice, then turns back on, then the lights begin to flash. I know I soldered it in right, it told me to reboot the bios when I turned the xbox on. Do i just need to reflash it? whats wrong? thanks

it's called a frag... everyone and their sister has them. A reflash will hopefully solve your problem, if it doesnt... join the club
