I just got in my 2.2 lite plus chip and installed it into my v 1.0 box. I got the little green light to come on without 2 much trouble then I connected the external switch and it lite up aswell. I have the chip in the v 1.0 position and the chip is enabled but the "preflashed" cromwell bios wont boot up. Even with the chip enabled it boots to the normal MS Dashboard. I tried changeing the bank with no luck. Do i need to reflash, and if so can i use the DVD-R flash method or do i need the external programer? Thanks 4 ur help

Well you didn't mention that all the blue lights lit up, those tell you your LPC points are lined up correctly.

Blue lights are good aswell
