Why arent we sharing xbox games on kazaa?? Is there a law against it?? I think we should all put our games on kazaa so we can download them off each other. Is this a good idea?? let me know

I always wanted to know why no one was doing this, so your saying as an example it would be X-S-halo2.iso or X-S-halo2.rar??
If so then im up for it, then you can post your games that you have up on kazza......if thats aloud here, i forget.

If we do this, we should use Direct Connect, and create a private channel. Direct Connect is as easy to use as Kazaa but is much more efficient... basically a P2P FTP network.

Of course, any details would need to be handled OFF of this board.

Also, there are program that can speed up downloads on kazaa.

Also, everyone, if you do this, make sure your file names are the exact same, same filesize so when we hit "Find more sources for download" it will find them.

Here is a tip for this peer to peer shit,If you want to download xbox games then only use DirectConnect peer to peer software as kazza sucks and is full of spy's

Its not gonna be long before lots of leechers take over the hub without sharing anything if we don't do this...

Hmmmm, just tested that DirectConnect thing, its really a great idea but since most of the people have their connection capped at 128kbits/sec on upload, its pretty much useless...

Have you ever tried to transfer a 2gb file at 16 kbytes/sec... it would take approx. 36 hours ... I think I'll pass and stick to usenets.

How about Edonkey, people? It can download multiple sections from lots of people (thus reducing the upload problem to some extent) and isn't as damn cliquey as DC. More importantly, it can hash the files so we know they're genuine. ED's AdaNET server can max out all my broadband connections simultaneously, 24/7.

our DC serber isnt slow. It goes 3 times as fast as those stupid fservers on IRC

Geez im glad we went with DC, im getting good speeds and good shit, except i cant seem to connect to certain people, i click on there names and nothing happens.

for dc users, use your xbox-scene names so we can recognize u!!

Im having trouble connecting to some of the people, it will load the guys stuff up and then close on me.......other peoples wont even load up, just sits there.
But other then that im getting some good stuff so aint complaining
And as always i have the originals of these and so should you

some peeps dont have their connection setup so you wont be able to acces/download their files, we have about 20 peeps rite now, i think this will be a success!

im gettin mine set up right now. this is a very good idea!!! what u should do is get files from everyone. like if a game is 10 parts get the rar from one guy, r00 from someone else and so on. :-) keep it clean boyz... share and be fair. see you on the flip side

Our hub is working great, I am really glad.

can somebody help me out? I can connect to the hub and see the people connected and I'm sharing about 4 gigs. However I don't know how to connect and download from other people. I can select browse user's files and their name gets added to my queue but that's about it. I"m new to the program, what should I do?

Also another reason why some cannot connect:

The hub minimum for files that you must be sharing is 20 megs. Make sure you select the folder you download xbox games to normally so we can all share.

Yes prizes are so high... my xbox sega pack cost me about $300 us just because I'm in Mexico, that is real expensive if you compare it to the price of the same bundle in thanksgiving day.
