ok i bought an x-bit and have a v1.1 x box

i have flashed the x bit with the evo m7 bios and installed the chip

connected the drives back up and booted it up to install evo dashboard but the the light on the chip and on the box come on then the hard drive beeps then it restarts does the same then restarts and the light on the box flashes red and green

the chip is installed using the pogo pins and appears to be contacting the board properly

am i missing somthing or have i f'ed up my xbox

please help
