Im trying to flash my xbox with the 4977 bios, and whenever i try to start up the ozxflash program, the xbox says " No bios update found..... halting" ! Whats wrong? I followed the tut. in xbox-scene.com....

You'll have to do that like 20-30 times.
I made a post about this months ago. Cromwell is very bitchy. At that point, just hit eject, and reinsert the CD. It will EVENTUALLY read it. It might take hours, but it'll get there.

thanks..... i remeber when i modded my box when it had the phillips DVD drive, it read it the first time.... i thought samsung was the best?
