how do i back up my dvd collection using my xbox i have a crossover network cable and it seems to work, i have evox installed on my xbox all i need to know is how to use flashfxp and anyother info that i may not know about

If you have a DVD-ROM drive in your computer it's much easier to backup movie DVDs just with your comptuer.

Exactly. Get yourself a nice 16X dvd-rom. You can get them for $25 if you look hard... You can rip a dvd with dvd-decypter in minutes!

i have a dvd r i also have a dvd rw and i want to back them up you know can i do it with the dvd decrypter

Dude if it's a DVD-R or DVD-RW disc, you can back it up just by doing a file copy. You don't need DVD decryptor as you can't CSS encrypt data on a DVD-R or DVD-RW disc.
