I have accidently flashed my chameloen witht he worng bios(due to me trying to do with help) and i have tried to reflash it with evo x m7 but everytime i try i am getting a reading that says cannot find linuxboot.cig or something like that i was woundering how i would flash it with any bios that will actually let me play my games....

(yes i burned the cd with cd rws and at the slowest speed possible.)

I was never successful in creating the bootable disc to flash the Chip like suggested on the Chameleon sight. I actually used my Matrix Programmer and was successful in flashing all 4 banks. Now I have the X-Disk ver. .92 which is essentially Slayers and am able to flash from my xbox anytime now. If you have access to the programmer get it and flash your chip with 4977 and M7 then get the Xdisk and start using the software flashing.

Why do you need all the waiting around?

I've got the latest Chameleon last night and I installed it and the boot screen comes up fine and the blue light is flashing, so I think its installed properly.

It boots up and asks you if you want to boot from the DVD or boot from the BIOS. If you pick DVD it ejects the tray. I put my Slayer 2.5 CDRW in the tray and press A.

It now looks for linuxboot.cfg but it says it can't find it, halting.

I didn't know about the waiting thing until now, so should I do the waiting thing after the tray is ejected as per your pdf file?
