When I couldn't figure something out about visa (this was the second time I ordered something online with visa) I added him to my contactlist on msn and he promptly helped me.
The delivery was also very fast. My package was posted on monday and arrived here (Belgium) today. (wednesday).
I can wholeheartedly recommended this shop and if I ever need to buy a mod-chip or something again, I'll order it from cheapmod.

I just ordered from Cheapmod, and I'm very happy with their service. Glen replied to me very quickly, even on sunday! And he was always very friendly. I like the way he offers a cheap uninsured postage option, that's handy for items that are so cheap it's not really worth it to insure them.

I was also very happy that they sell replacement lasers, now I can fix up my dying DVD drive.

Excellent service from start to finish. Originally emailed with some really basic questions about what I needed and had a response within 5 minutes (this was after posting the same questions on a few forums and not getting a response after 3 days) which told me exactly what I needed to know. I then ordered, slight problem with payment (my fault) which was sorted straight away and the goods were in the post almost immediately afterwards.
