Hey all,

I have an early version of Evolution-X that I burned onto an EPROM and wired into my Xbox over a year ago. Last night I FTP'd Prince of Persia to my Xbox. When I turned my Xbox on today, I get a strange Xbox menu in some Asian character set with 4 options. The 4th option says "XBOX Live" in english. What happened and how do I restore my original Evo-X menu?

Also, when I disable my EPROM via the switch that I also installed, the Xbox tells me that I have a serious problem. Does Prince of Persia have some sort of protection that disables your Xbox?

ok you didnt burn evox to "eeprom"
i assume you mean either chip or tsop and by evolution-x u mean the bios
and what dash do you speak of? the MS dash? with a diff language?

and since u mean that dash, i assume u modified it for launching games...?
thus meaning when u boot without chip enabled, it wont launch
if you modified ms dash, u cant boot it without chip
