Ive had my box modded for a lil while now, and i finally got around to using xbmp. Wow, its an amazing app. Honestly, its great. I was wondering tho, what are the downsides to using it as the default dash, instead of say... evox?

Another thing is can i just burn a dvd with some divx movies on it, burned as a standard iso in nero, not in xdfs? I know this is really rudimentary, but i still wanna make sure.

A friend of mine uses xbmp as a dash. He's very satisfied...
If you wanna burn divx on dvd for the xbox in nero you can skip all the iso making and just crate a DVD-UDF project in nero and add files as usual.

One thing i might think of as a downside to using xbmp as a dash is if you have EvoX bios. Then you might not get IGR, since xbmp doesn't have that built in ?!?! Or am I wrong ??

yeah, lack of dashboard IGR is probably the biggest, if the only, downside, but you can rememdy that by using an x2 bios
