I am having major struggles trying to get the newest version of Xbox Media Player (12/05/2003) to work in Evox ...what am I doing wrong? I unrar the file into my F:Apps folder, and make sure the default.xbe is in the root of the XBMP folder (that's what I rename the folder after unraring it...I assume this is the correct name for the folder?) Every time I boot up, XBMP is greyed out in my Evox menu ...this is driving me nuts! Thanks for any help with this!

I've got the same problem. I didn't delete the XBMP save, but I doubt that has anything to do with it. I should mention I also have the latest XBMC in the same folder.

its because the name of the .xbe file is different.

In your evox.ini file its looking for default.xbe when the new one is called something like xplayer.xbe.
