I wonder the samething. To be honest I think everyone is waiting for KAI. That's the only theory I can come up with.

There are so many PAL users because a lot of people in Europe use this service.

Luckly its only a few games that PAL/NTSC users cant play against each other so shouldnt be too much of a problem.

probably the number of people in the forum is due to Kai coming out and people are eager for new info.

where do you get this number from?

usually there are over 200 users "connected" to xlink. That means that most of them are probably in messenger mode, and potentially playing with other users on their list. I do this almost all the time now, as it keeps the cheaters or other people that have no interest in playing a long game out of my gaming area. I have seen that number climb to over 450. Many people create rooms, but the majority do not. and fewer also use the wgn area.

the main problem as i see it is time zones, and this has been discussed before. there are a large majority of pal users that are at work during the day, and ntsc users are either still sleeping or just waking up.

the weekend is the best time i have found to play on.

It would be interesting to run a poll or something, but I think we have a higher age demographic, which contributes to more users only able to play during "off" time, after work or on weekends.
