I've just had a "Xbox Mod Chip XALX2+" installed, and it seems to be a really great chip. Only problem is I cannot find any information on it.

I suspect that it has another name, I am pretty sure it is a Matrix chip.

Any ideas on information and any aliases or other names this chip might be found under.

The images on the website of the mob I bought it from (www.blade.cc) have Matrix watermarks.

How might I find out what the chip is.

It is a ROM+EEPROM mod, soldered and it has a three boot mode (ON, ON for 2 seconds or ON+Eject) booting into either a green (original), blue (EEPROM) or red(ROM) X logo.

If you could take a pic of you chip it would help, or give a direct link to a pic of what it looks like. That site you gave just leads you down a never ending list of BS.
