how do you flash teh xbit chip? is it with the flash program which u get from the dms site

what do u flash it with (programs), is that evox and dvd2xbox thats what u need to do?

When you have the flashing program open DO NOT CHANGE THE FOCUS TO ANYTHING ELSE. So dont click on the background or alt-tab to anything else.
