You can delete them in FlashFXP or go into Xbox Explorer and do it from there.

Is the reverse also true? I mean, if I'm playing it in Japanese [since I hear the dub sucks] can I delete the English version of the movies and keep the Japanese ones?

Baldur's Gate-Dark Alliance 2, Tiger Woods 2004 and Tennage Mutant Ninja Turtles have no deleteables. I have tried everything but can't find a single thing to delete that will keep the game running.
As for SSX 3, Pitfall, Fuzion Frenzy, The Sims Busting Out, and LotR-Return of the King. I have those and will check later today for you and give you a response on them. I am sure SSX 3 does have some as well as Fuzion Frenzy.
Also, Ninja Gaiden has alot of stuff to delete that will NOT take any English language out. Just open up all folders and find anything that has a _j in it and delete. All this means is that particular file is Japanese language and you may not want that. There is an exact copy of that same file in English format, so deleting the Japanese version wont harm the game. You will still see all the FMV cutscenes in English. Hope that helps.

P.S.-To the creator of this thread, it would really help if you update the first page list with all the new games people are posting with deleteables.
Thanks.

Great thread btw, it's saving me tons of space and helping me get by on the old 8 gig HD just a little longer.... Thanks

Some cases, yes. Some cases, no.
If you were to create a .bik, and could nab the header info, a single frame, and the end bit, I'm sure you could have the smallest possible .bik, that would work overall.
If you were to just create a 0 byte file and name it movie.bik, it is possible that the game sees the file, tries to play it, and moves on. Other games could try to play it, and because it isn't a proper .bik file, problems arise.
So, yes, you could make a 0 byte file, and try to use it, but results will varry worse than the deletion differences between NTSC v PAL games.

And who better to help with the project than an overworked military member who professionally works on websites?
If you got any of them, message me on AIM, MSN, or whatever. I've got ideas!
Edit: .... FRONT PAGE!!??? Oh god... Stop Now. I'll do the site. BY HAND! Front Page BAAAAAD.
Edit 2: Don't know why FP is changing colors on you, but from everything I've experienced, is that FP looooves to put in a nice chunk of unneeded code into each of your pages, just incase you might be putting the page on a site that supports FP extensions. And some XML. And some other fun garbage code that isn't needed.
The only thing worse than FP, is using MS Word to convert a .doc to HTML. That is some seriously sick f-king html "code".

shafty,
Cause all HTML authorware is bad. Doing it all by hand is way awesomer! Er... what?
Asdaoj,
This rip info applies to any style of copy. On hard drive, or before buring to CD/DVD. I suggest trying it out on the hard drive first if you have space. It could save you a failed burn.
Also, on my other "sites"(found in my signature, which I don't post in this thread), concerning DVD vs. HD backups are only for where you're copying files using dvd2xbox.
Example: If you copied Halo to your HD a long time ago, then wanted to use the .acl file to rip out unneeded content, you'd use the HD version. If you were copying from the DVD, you'd use the DVD version.
Well, truth be told, that project fell FLAT because of work. But, I think I can somehow tie the .acl's with the database I plan on using. Only time will tell if I can really do that.
- First item on project, learn some php.
- Second (and already half completed), create simple shell php script to deliver the data.
- Install mysql on my machine, and create/populate the database

- gfx; make that page look -pretty-
- Add all other data needed.
- Work on .acl's for dvd2xbox, if time/work permits

First off, I didn't steal the graphics they were graphics I had made with photoshop that I cut and copied around to make some kind of layout for the information... I suck with HTML therefore Rahszhul and others have offered to help.. I'm sorry if it is not good enough for ya... Your welcome to go ahead and make a site for us.

I have a nice blank.bik file that I created that is just 1 second of plain black screen that I have been replacing logos and other .bik files that are useless to the game. It is only 568 bytes so it's truely tiny and a major space saver.
Now I just need to get ahold of XMVTool so I can make a 1 second blank .wmv but having trouble locating it atm. I will gladly post the blank files once I get them made for people to use if you'd like. If someone could direct me to xmvtool or send me a super small blank.xmv that would be great.
I could host them on my webspace for everyone to download from this thread.
