I had chipped three xboxs with Chameleon 1.8 before Christmas. All working correctly with mode 4 with P & E points soldered. On christmas eve, just my v1.0 box can only boot with modchip bios. I pressed eject which used to turned off the modchip and load the stock tsop bios. Now just blank screen ! I have installed the A15 but have not enabled the two solder points for tsop flash! Out of desperation, I fitted a switch to the D0 line. THe effect is the same - just a blank screen when the LPC mod was turned off.

PS it can boot to xbox in protected mode bios with P&E pressed.

Ok heres maybe your problem.
1. If you installed evox you might have renamed xboxdash.xbe to msxboxdash.xbe
If you did that change it back to xboxdash.xbe.
2.If you renamed evoxdash.xbe to xboxdash.xbe rename it back to evoxdash.xbe
You should be ok
3. If you updated hdd's you need to make sure its locked before it will load the normal tsop bios.
You can do this with configmagic find this in the usual places

1) Transfer the stock xboxdash back up from Pc to xbox, no changes

2) HD is locked and can be accessed by evox.

The xbox in Tsop mode is flashing green instead of red and green. Anyone knows what this means ?
