Just looking through some different things people have added either to the MS Dash (hacked) or Evox and the language looks a little like VBS but wasn't quite sure as the lines in the MS Dash ones have ; at the end which is more Java, C etc...

Just wondering what it was and where can I get more info on it ?

at least this one is written in c++. i think, when you have to use a m$ sdk you normally do it in c++ or maybe c# (c sharp) to be able to compile it. but i have not yet come across the sourcecode for the evox-dashboard, so it's all guessing... certainly not vbs, btw... wink.gif

Thanks for that, maybe I didn't make myself very clear.

If you look in Evox.ini you can run commands like rename this to that etc... Are these just DOS commands or is it some kind of script ?

When talking about the MS Dash, if you look in the MS Dash Hacking forum there is a sticky with loads of things to do with the dash and they show you the source code. Again it's not a complicated language it looks very much like some kind of script type language.

I dont know what the ms dash uses... but evox, mxm, and unleashx all have 'action scripts' that let you copy, rename, etc. The scripts are different for each dash.
